血府逐瘀汤联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

Angina Randomized Controlled Study Xuefu Zhuyu Tang(血府逐瘀汤)Combined with Aspirin

[目的]观察血府逐瘀汤联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将56例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组28例硝酸异山梨酯,10mg/次,3次/d;阿司匹林,100mg/次,1次/d。治疗组28例血府逐瘀汤(丹参20g,生地、赤芍、葛根、川芎各15g,柴胡、红花、当归、桃仁、牛膝、地龙、炙甘草各10g;心痛严重加三七、檀香各6g;痰浊严重加胆南星10g;瘀滞严重加用水蛭6g,五灵脂10g),1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服;阿司匹林治疗同对照组。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]血府逐瘀汤联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病心绞痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Treatment group, 28 cases of blood XFZYT （Salvia 20g, habitat, red peony root, arrowroot, Chuanxiong 15g, Radix, safflower, angelica, peach, Achyranthes, earthworm, licorice each 10g; heartache serious plus 37, sandalwood each 6g; phlegm serious plus bile Southern Star 10g; severe stasis plus leech 6g, Wulingzhi 10g）, 1 Ji/d, decoction 500mL, sooner or later oral; aspirin with the control group. Continuous treatment a month for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, ECG, adverse reactions. One course of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Result] Angina pectoris, ECG treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] XFZYT combined with aspirin in treating angina pectoris, results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, should be promoted.
