天麻藤玉丸联合贝那普利治疗高血压早期肾损害(阴虚阳亢)随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Tianma Tengyu Pill Combined with Benazepril in Treatment Early Renal Damage of Hypertension(Yin Deficiency and Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome)

[目的]观察天麻藤玉丸联合贝那普利治疗高血压早期肾损害(阴虚阳亢)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组60例贝那普利10mg/次,1次/d。治疗组60例天麻藤玉丸(天麻、生地、钩藤、玉米须、徐长卿、川牛膝;院内制剂),9g/次,2次/d;贝那普利治疗同对照组。连续治疗12周为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、证候积分、肾功能指标、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]降压疗效、证候疗效治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。SBP、DBP、眩晕、头痛、腰膝酸软、五心烦热、心悸、耳鸣、总分、血Cys C、血β2-MG、尿mAlb治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]天麻藤玉丸联合贝那普利治疗高血压早期肾损害(阴虚阳亢),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To investigate the effect of Tianma Tengyu pill combined with Benazepril in treatment early renal damage of hypertension （yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome）. [Methods] A total of 120 inpatients and outpatients were randomized into two groups by randomized parallel control. The control group of 60 cases of benazepril 10 mg/times, 1 times/d, Treatment group of 60 cases of Tianma Tengyu pill （Tianma, Shengdi, Gouteng, Yumixu, Xuchangqing, Chuanniuxi, hospital preparation）, 9 g/times, 2 times/d, Benazepril treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment for 12 weeks for a course of treatment. The clinical symptoms,blood pressure, syndrome score, renal function index and adverse reaction were observed. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] The effect of antihypertensive effect and syndrome-effect was better in the treatment group than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. SBP, DBP, dizziness, headache, Yaoxisuanruan, five upset hot, palpitations, tinnitus, score, blood Cys C, serum 2-MG, urinary mAlb in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Tianma Tengyu pill combined with Benazepril in treatment early renal damage of hypertension （yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome）, satisfactory results, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
