针灸联合牵引治疗颈型颈椎病随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Acupuncture Combined with Traction in Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy

[目的]观察针灸联合牵引治疗颈型颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组60例常规牵引,坐位,枕颌牵引带悬吊牵引,颈部后伸10°,根据患者承受力调整牵引重量,1次/d,30min/次。治疗组60例针灸(肩井、风池、夹脊、阿是穴、肩外俞穴、天宗、后溪、颈椎等),得气后平补平泻法,留针30min/次,1次/d;牵引同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、颈椎功能恢复时间、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈35例,有效22例,无效3例,总有效率95.00%;对照组痊愈19例,有效30例,无效11例,总有效率81.67%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。颈椎功能恢复时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸联合牵引治疗颈型颈椎病,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with traction on cervical spondylosis. [Method] Using random parallel control method, 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups randomly, 60 cases in the control group. The conventional traction seat, occipital jaw traction with traction, neck 10 degrees, according to the patient＇s tolerance and adjust the traction weight, 1/d 30 min/ treatment group. 60 cases of acupuncture （Jianjing, Fengchi, Jiaji and Ashi, jianwaishu acupoint Tianzong, Hou Xi, cervical, etc.） after the gas reinforcing reducing method, for 30 min/times, 1 times/d; traction with the control group. Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, cervical function recovery time and the adverse reactions, Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results] The treatment group 35 cases were cured, 22 cases effective, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 95%; control group 19 cases were cured, 30 cases effective, 11 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 81.67%; the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. Cervical function recovery time of the treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] acupuncture combined with traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions.
