摘要
铀浓缩厂工艺管道装配管在制造厂有真空密封检验要求,其单一法兰密封软连接的最大允许漏率为1.33×10^(-8)Pa·m^3/s。结合工厂实际,对影响不锈钢工艺管道补偿器真空密封的要素进行了分析论证,列举出可能影响密封的因素,通过实验验证找出关键因素,解决了工程实际问题,为今后制造起到帮助与借鉴作用。
There is a vacuum sealing inspection requirement of the process piping assembly pipe in uranium enrichment plant, the maximum allowable leakage rate of the single flange seal soft connection is 1.33×10-8Pa·m3/s. In this paper, the factors affecting the process of stainless steel vacuum seal pipe compensator is analyzed, lists the factors affecting the seal, using experiment to find the key factors to solve practical problems in engineering, manufacturing,in order to provide help and reference for future.
