项目的实施过程中,管理者特别关注项目的进度是否按照计划进行,为保证项目实施中存在的问题能够被及时发现并解决,必须综合运用项目进度的管理方法。论文首先简要介绍了建筑业项目进度管理的现状,然后介绍了进度控制的方法及其优缺点,最后对进度控制的保障措施进行了简要的分析。
