近年来,我国建筑工程产业发展迅速,且为推动国民经济的发展做出了较大贡献。作为建筑工程项目管理的重要内容,进度管理不仅关系着项目的进度情况,而且对于项目工程的整体质量也具有重要影响。基于此,论文从建筑信息模型BIM的角度出发,通过引入BIM技术,在对其相关概念和在工程项目进度管理工作中应用的优势进行说明,进而对工程项目进度管理中BIM技术的应用展开了深入研究。
