摘要 机泵健康系统自身具备了很强的实用性,也为社会和企业带来了不少收益,逐渐受到相关部门的重视,而这种评估系统也逐渐从对设备的维修转变为状态的检测。在水务行业中,水泵是最关键的设施之一,如果发生故障,不但会造成严重的经济损失,还会对城市的供水造成影响。论文介绍了机泵健康评估系统的构成,并通过实际案例介绍系统的测点布置及参数设置,为该系统的实际应用提供参考。 Machine pump health assessment system has very strong practicality, also bring a lot of benefits to the society and enterprises,.Its gradually got attention by the relevant departments, and this kind of evaluation system also gradually from the maintenance of equipment change into state detection. In the water sector, the water pump is one of the most critical facilities, in the event of failure, it will not only cause serious economic losses, but will also affect the city's water supply. Paper introduces the constitutes of the machine pump health assessment system,and discusses the monitoring points arrangement and the parameters setting by actual example, providing reference for the application of this system.
