为能够快速准确地排查GD包装机组转轮模盒非连续性包装质量问题,以OMRON CJ-H PLC为控制核心,采用光电传感器和剔除装置设计转轮跟踪采样系统,实现人工定点转轮抽检位置,定位剔除抽检样品,人工检验后反馈需要维修的质量问题。应用效果表明,该系统能够准确有效地剔除指定转轮模盒小盒烟包,有效缩短了维修时间,提高了包装设备运行效率。
