分级诊疗制度下医疗联合体绩效评价体系初步探索

Discussion on healthcare alliance performance assessment system under hierarchical healthcare system

医联体改革是实现分级诊疗、推进多层级分工协作、优化医疗资源配置的重要载体。通过文献评阅、专家访谈讨论等方式,调研了分级诊疗制度下医疗联合体现状和上海市徐汇区-市六院医联体详细情况,阐述了绩效评价对开展医联体工作的必要性和重要性,初步建立了医联体绩效评价体系,并对医联体绩效评价的发展提出了建议。

Healthcare alliance is an important part of the healthcare reform to improve hierarchical healthcare system and promote dual referral. Through the literature review and expert interviews, the status of the healthcare alliance and the detail situation of ＂Xuhui - the Sixth People＇s Hospital＂ healthcare alliance has been analyzed. The necessity and importance of performance assessment of healthcare alliance is discussed. The performance assessment system of healthcare alliance has been established and suggestions on strengthening performance assessment has also presented.
