摘要
目的 探讨酚红棉线悬挂于下睑缘不同位置时基础泪液分泌量的差异,以便选择合适的悬挂位置。方法 临床病例回顾性研究。对2015年6~10月在海南省眼科医院就诊的23例(46只眼)进行酚红棉线泪液检测,将酚红棉线悬挂于双眼下睑缘中内或中外1/3处(顺序随机),20 s后取下记录酚红棉线变色湿长。休息3 min后行双眼另一侧酚红棉线泪液检测,应用配对t检验进行统计学分析比较。结果 内侧和外侧酚红棉线变色湿长分别为(16.64±4.84)mm和(16.35±4.21)mm,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 酚红棉线悬挂于下睑缘中内或中外1/3处对泪液分泌量的检测无显著差异。
Objective To investigate the difference of base tear secretion, when phenol red thread hung on the different parts of lower eyelid, in order to choose a suitable suspension position.Methods Prospective study of 23 case(46 eyes) were involved. Phenol red thread was hung on the medial or lateral lower eyelid (random order).The length of phenol red thread discoloration after 20 second was recorded. The other side phenol red thread test was done after a break of 3 minutes. T test was used to evaluate the consistency of two phenol red thread test results.Results The medial and laterallength of phenol red thread discoloration were 16.64±4.84mm and 16.35±4.21mm(P 〉0.05). There was a significant positive correlation and agreement of two results was well.Conclusions The hunging position of phenol red thread test may not affect the detection of basal tear secretion. Lateral lower eyelid is wide and easy to operate. The phenol red thread test hung on the lateral lower eyelid is recommended.
