温州地区近10年青光眼睫状体炎综合征情况分析

Analysis of Posner-Schlossman Syndrome （PSS） in Wenzhou for recent 10 years

目的 了解温州地区青光眼睫状体炎综合征（简称青睫综合征）的患病情况以及门诊就诊特点。方法 回顾性分析2006~2015年于温州医科大学附属眼视光医院（简称温州眼视光医院）就诊的所有青睫综合征患者的基本信息，对疾病的发病年龄、男女比例、季节分布、就诊次数等特点进行统计分析。结果 2006~2015年于温州眼视光医院就诊的青睫综合征患者共计2 248例，12 818例次。其中男性1 369例（60.9%），女性879例（39.1%）。患者初次就诊的平均年龄为（38.6±13.8）岁，主要集中于20~60岁（86.0%），也可见于20岁以下及60岁以上的患者（分别占5.3%和8.7%）。男性患者（38.2±13.6）岁和女性患者（39.1±14.2）岁的初次就诊年龄分布差异无统计学意义（χ2=3.653，P =0.724）。春季青睫综合征患者的就诊人数及就诊频次均略高于其他季节。近10年来，青睫综合征患者每年就诊人数及人次数均呈递增趋势，但51.2%的患者年平均就诊次数小于2次。结论 温州地区青睫综合征以男性居多，主要集中于20~60岁人群，春季多发。

Objective To investigate the prevalence and clinical characteristics of Posner-Schlossman syndrome （PSS） in Wenzhou.Methods Retrospectively analyze the demographic information of all patients with PSS treated at the Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University during the years 2006-2015 through hospital information system.Results There were 2,248 patients and 12,818 person-times with PSS treated at the Eye Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University during the years 2006-2015. Of which 1,369 （60.9%） were male, and 879 （39.1%） were female. Majority of them （86.0%） were 20 to 60 years old, while the proportion of patients less than 20y and over 60y were 5.3% and 8.7% respectively. The average first presentation age was 38.6 ± 13.8 years old. During spring, the attendance frequency of PSS was slightly higher than the other seasons. An increasing trend in the number of visits were observed last 10 years, and 51.2% patients with PSS visited hospital less than 2 times per year.Conclusions PSS is more common seen in male, and those aged 20 to 60 years old, there is lightly higher prevalence during spring.
