摘要
本文主要介绍PowerFlex7000中压变频器在金隆铜业阳极风机中的应用。利用PowerFlex7000中压变频器可实现风机风量精确控制,并能大大降低生产能耗,降低风机的启停次数,减少对风道、风门的冲击,减少风机系统的机修维护量,减少大型机组的启停对电网冲击。
This paper introduces the application of PowerFlex7000, a medium voltage inverter,on fan of Anode Furnace in Jinlong Copper Industry. Since PowerFlex 7000 can control air volume precisely, it can greatly reduce the production energy consumption, the start-stop frequency of fan, the impact onduct and damper, the maintenance workload and the impact on power grid because of the large equipment start-stop frequency.
