摘要
目的 :观察MEBO在各种肠瘘瘘口周围皮肤损害的治疗效果。方法 :以我院治疗的 2 7例各种原因肠瘘患者为临床分析资料 ,全部病例均以湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗瘘口周围皮损 ,每天换药 2～ 4次。结果 :全部病例经 2～ 14天连续用药治愈 ,创面愈合率 10 0 %。结论 :MEBO治疗瘘口周围皮损使用方便 ,痛苦小 ,疗程短 。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating skin injury around intestinal fistula. Method: 27 cases of this disease were treated with MEBO. The dressing was changed 2 to 4 times a day. Results: All patients were healed in 2 to 14days. The curative rate was 100%. Conclusion: MEBO is efficacious in treating skin injury around intestinal fistula. It is simple and pain free. The treating course is short.
