摘要
患者,男,64岁。阴茎、包皮内侧浸润性红斑5个月,组织病理:真皮浅中层淋巴细胞及浆细胞为主的带状炎性浸润。诊断为浆细胞性龟头炎。外用0.1%他克莫司软膏,皮损减轻。
A 64-year-old male presented with infiltrate erythema on the glans penis and prepuce.Biopsy revealed banded inflammatory infiltrates of lymphocytes and plasma cells.The diagnosis of plasma cell balanitis was made.The lesion improved gradually after treated with topical tacrolimus ointment.
