摘要
本试验采用复合乳酸菌微生态液体制剂饲喂奶牛,旨在研究其对奶牛的产奶量和乳房炎患牛的乳体细胞数量的影响。试验选用的微生态液体制剂是由植物乳杆菌SCI-01和SCI-02经过共生耦合发酵技术制成,通过10d的试验发现,该微生态制剂可增加奶牛平均头日产奶量,试验组产奶量由初始的29.5kg/d增加到31.1kg/d,与对照组相比,最大产奶量差异达2kg/d。该微生态制剂可降低乳房炎患牛的乳体细胞数,由原来的883.0万个/m L下降至191.2万个/m L,降幅达78.3%。
The objective of this study was to determine the effect of liquid probiotics fermentation on milk yield and milk somatic cell counts. Twenty cows were selected randomly and fed with liquid probiotics fermentation consist of Lactobacillus plantarum SCI-01 and Lactobacillus plantarum SCI-02 by symbiosis and coupling technique, the average daily milk production of single cow was increased from 29.5Kg to 31.1Kg after 7days, and keep 31Kg in the next three days, the milk somatic cell counts were declined from 8.830 million/mL to 1.912 million/mL.
