The Effect of Serum Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Copper, Iron, Zinc Levels of Ion on Udder Edema in Dairy Cows

摘要 为了解并掌握石河子地区奶牛血清中常量元素钙、磷、镁及微量元素铜、铁、锌的离子水平与奶牛乳房水肿病发生的关系,2011~2015年对石河子地区11个团场32个规模化奶牛养殖场的28 139头奶牛进行调查,随机采集乳房水肿患牛血清426份和健康奶牛血清465份,使用全自动生化分析仪对奶牛血清中相关离子水平进行了检测,采用SPSS17.0软件分析检测数据,各组采用成组t检验进行比较。结果表明,乳房水肿奶牛血清中钙、铜、锌、铁离子水平均低于健康奶牛,差异显著。 To study the relation of the calcium(Ca), phosphorus(P), magnesium(Mg), copper(Cu), iron(Fe), zinc(Zn) etc. on udder edema in dairy cows in the district of Shihezi, the research project was to investigate 28139 dairy cows of 32 scale dairy farms from 11 regimental farms in the district of Shihezi between 2011 and 2015. 426 serum samples were collected from these cows which diagnosed confirmed udder edema, while 465 serum samples were collected from healthy cows. The magnesium(Mg), iron(Fe), copper(Cu), zinc(Zn), calcium(Ca), phosphorus(P)etc. serum levels on the cow was detected by using the automatic biochemical analyzer in the experiment. The results show that the serum levels of calcium ions and trace elements copper, zinc, iron in the udder edema cows were significantly lower than that in healthy cows. It was concluded that the low levels of calcium, copper, zinc, iron is the causes of udder edema in the district of Shihezi.
