摘要
为了对复合射孔器爆炸冲击载荷机理进行深入研究,将复合射孔器置于密闭的钢性腔体内,待复合射孔器做功后产生做功能量。对其产生的做功能量及特性进行分析,构建出整个做功过程中的爆炸冲击载荷数学模型。通过对此模型进行分析,可优化复合射孔器质量监督检定设备和方法,为以后的复合射孔器质量检定设备的研制和技术发展提供理论支持。
In order to study mechanism of the explosive impact load of the composite perforating device deeply,the composite perforating device is put in a closed steel cavity to produce energy after work.By analyzing its work energy and characteristics,the mathematic model of the explosion impact load in the whole process of work is built,and through its analysis,quality inspection equipment and the method can optimized,which provides a theoretical support for development of the composite perforating device and the technical development.
