摘要
对海上油田复杂气井测试作业的原有技术进行总结研究和探索,形成一套适合高含有毒有害气体、高温高压复杂气井的测试地面技术。封闭型"全监控式"测试地面工艺优化技术加强了现场作业安全系数,组合了在线震动检测系统、含砂检测系统、含硫检测系统、在线壁厚检测系统以及声光电报警系统等,完善测试地面工艺。通过现场作业的探索与实践证明,该技术应对渤海深层潜山测试作业取得巨大成功,为某区块的其他深层潜山复杂气层的测试评价积累宝贵的现场作业经验及配套技术。
The original technology of complex gas well testing operation in offshore oilfield has been Summarized and explored,formed a series of assessment technology which is suitable for the exploration of complex gas well with poisonous gas and in high temper-ature high pressure conditions.Enclosed'full monitoring type' test ground process optimization technology strengthens the onsite safety coefficients,combines of on-line detection system of vibration,sand and sulfur,and online thickness detection system,sound and light alarm system,and completes the test surface technique.Through the practice of the field operation,it proves that this technology got great success at the deep buried-hills testing at Bozhong Zone which gathers invaluable site operation experience and matching techniques for the assessment job of other deep buried-hills complex gas level exploration.
