新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患者甲状腺激素水平的变化及意义 被引量:3

Change and significance of thyroid hormone levels in neonates with respiratory distress syndrome

摘要 目的分析新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)中甲状腺激素的表达。方法选取该院2013年5月-2016年5月收治的80例NRDS患儿作为观察组,另选同期80例无并发症的早产儿作为对照组,采用电化学发光免疫分析法(ECLI)检测并比较两组患儿甲状腺激素水平。结果观察组患儿甲状腺激素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组内1级、2级、3级、4级患儿甲状腺激素水平呈递减趋势,各分级间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NRDS中甲状腺激素的表达呈下降趋势,病情越严重,下降幅度越大,通过检测甲状腺激素可为临床评估病情严重程度提供强有力的帮助。 Objective To analyze the expression of thyroid hormone level in neonates with respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) . Methods Eighty neonates with NRDS treated in the hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were selected as observation group, eighty prema- ture infants without complications during the same period were selected as control group. Electrochemiluminescent immunoassay was used to detect and compare the levels of thyroid hormone in the two groups. Results The level of thyroid hormone in observation group was statisti- cally significantly higher than that in control group ( P〈0. 05 ) ; the levels of thyroid hormone in neonates with grade 1, grade 2, grade 3 and grade 4 NRDS in observation group decreased gradually, there was statistically significant difference among different grades (P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion The expression level of thyroid hormone in neonates with NRDS shows a decreasing trend, the severer the disease is, the larger the decreasing amplitude is. Detecting thyroid hormone can provide powerful help for clinical assessment of disease severity.
