摘要
提出一种基于检测输入和输出进行对比的校准方法,对牵引回流检测系统进行校准。分析校准测量数据,得出牵引回流检测结果存在的误差为系统误差,并进行校准。通过对校准测量结果影响因素的分析,提出测量结果不确定度的计算方法并进行了计算。结果表明,该校准方法可行有效,检测系统通过校准后,检测结果具有准确性并满足技术规范要求。
A calibration method based on comparing the input and the output is proposed for me calibration of the traction current inspection system. Through analyzing the data of calibration measurement, it is shown that the measurement error of the system is a system error. Through analyzing the factors that would affect the measurement results, a calculation method of the un- certainty of measurement results is proposed and the calculation has been made. It is shown that the calibration method is feasible and effective and the measurement results of the inspection sys- tem are accuracy and can meet the requirements of technical specification after being calibrated.
