摘要
以广州地铁3号线为现有条件,介绍了3号线列车接口电子单元的构成及故障原因,在此基础上,应用故障模式影响与危害性分析方法进行可靠性分析,制定了维修组织策略,能有效指导员工进行故障处理及设备维护。
Based on current conditions of the Line 3 of Guangzhou Metro, the composition of train IRU and the cause of fault are explained. Through reliability analysis using FMECA meth- od, the strategy of maintenance organization is determined so as to effectively guide the staff in fault treatment and equipment maintenance.
