吉林省流动儿童心理健康状况及影响因素调查

Migrant children's mental health and impact factors in Jilin province

目的:了解吉林省流动儿童的心理健康状况以及影响因素。方法:以吉林省长春市、吉林市、通化市和延吉市的864名流动儿童为对象,采用心理健康诊断测验量表进行问卷调查。结果:吉林省流动儿童的心理健康问题总检出率为9.7%,检出率较高的因子是学习焦虑(54.98%)、自责倾向(24.07%)、孤独症状(17.71%)、身体症状(16.90%);方差分析表明,流动儿童心理健康总分和因子在性别、年级和家庭结构存在显著差异。结论:吉林省流动儿童总体心理健康状况良好,在学习焦虑、自责倾向、孤独症状和身体症状4个因子上问题较多;性别、年级和家庭结构是影响流动儿童心理健康状况的主要因素。

Objective To know about the current status of migrant children＇s mental health and its impact factors in Jilin Province. Methods Mental Health Test（MHT）questionnaire was used to survey 864 migrant children in Chang- chun,Jilin, Tonghua and Yanji of Jilin Province. Results The incidence rate of mental health problem in migrant children in Jilin Province was 9.7%. The factors with high incidence rate were study anxiety（54. 98%）, self--blame tendency （24.07%） ,lonely feeling（17.71%） ,body symptom（16.90%）. Variance analysis showed that the total score of migrant children＇s mental health and each factor were significantly different in gender, grade, and family structure. Conclusions The overall mental health of migrant children in Jilin Province is good, but there are more problems on factors like study anxiety, self--blame tendency,lonely feeling and body symptom. Gender, grade and family structure are the main influ- ence factors of migrant children＇s mental health.
