社交媒体网络舆情传播影响力研究综述

A Review of Research on the Influence of Communication about Network Public Opinion on Social Media

【目的/意义】社交媒体网络成为突发事件的主要传播平台,也使得网络舆情影响力得到更大范围的扩散和传播。【方法/过程】本文首先梳理了国内外学者对社交媒体网络舆情传播影响力研究的现状,从研究着力点、研究方法、衡量因素及评价方法进行评述。然后,对影响社交媒体网络舆情传播的信息生态链、群体情绪研究进行分析。最后,从加强政府治理舆情治理的可控性角度,对社交媒体网络舆情传播影响力的指标构建情况分析。【结果/结论】本文认为,为提高对网络舆情影响力的可控性,应从公众情绪、媒体责任、政府治理加强引导和治理。

[Purpose/significance] Social media network becomes the main communication platform of emergencies, the in- fluence power of network public opinion spread and diffuse wider. [Method/process]This study firstly reviews the current research in social media network public opinion of domestic and foreign scholars, including summaries and analysis on re- search focus, research methods, measuring factors and evaluation methods. Then, considering the spread of social media network public opinion influence, the study explains the research in information ecochain and the group emotional situa- tions. Finally, from the perspective of strengthening the control by government management, we summarize the social media network public opinion transmission influence indexes. [Result/conclusion] In order to improve the controllability of net- work public opinion influence, we may strengthen the guidance and management from the public mood, the media responsi- bility and government management.
