摘要
根据北京市房屋普查修补测更新的项目实践及经验,介绍了利用地理信息技术和商业智能技术在开展城市级房屋普查及修补测更新的技术方法,分析了此项工作的关键技术及技术难点,讨论了从房屋普查数据建库、管理平台建设、动态更新机制建立以及房屋普查数据质量控制等多个环节内容,为城市级房屋普查及更新机制建立起到了借鉴意义。
According to the project practice and experience of Beijing housing census, this paper introduces the technical methods of urban housing census and updating by using geographic information technology and business intelligence technology, analyzes the key technology and technical difficulties of this work. The construction of census database and management platform, establishment of dynamic updating mechanism and quality control of the database are discussed. It can he used as a reference for analysis of urban housing census and renewal mechanism.
