摘要
以二维平面方式管理地籍数据的传统二维地籍管理信息系统无法解决同一宗地的地上、地下和地表的空间归属权不一致的问题,无法清晰界定同一宗地范围内不同三维空间内的土地权利,急需研究三维地籍管理模式。本文通过Geodatabase建模技术分别实现二维和三维地籍数据库的建立,在Visual Studio集成开发环境下,结合SketchUp软件、ArcGIS二次开发编程实现三维地籍数据库管理系统,实现三维地籍数据管理。
Different 3D spaces in the same land parcel have different land use rights,therefore,the traditional 2D cadastre information management system cannot meet the actual requirements of the current cadastral management.Construction of 3D cadastral system is a fundamental way to solve these problems.This paper builds 2D and 3D cadastral database under the NET development environment respectively,combining with software such as Sketch Up,Arc GIS,a 3D cadastral database management system is realized.
