拟人隐喻“人类命运共同体”的概念、人际和语篇功能——评析习近平第70届联合国大会一般性辩论中的演讲

Ideational,Interpersonal and Textual Metafunctions of the Personification of “a Community of Shared Future for Mankind”——Analysis of President Xi Jinping's Speech at the General Debate of the 70^(th) Session of the UN General Assembly

本文尝试融合认知语言学与功能语言学的视角,分析拟人隐喻"人类命运共同体"在习近平第70届联合国大会一般性辩论演讲中的概念、人际和语篇功能。研究结果表明,西方的话语空间理论和近体化理论无法解释"人类命运共同体"这一由中国领导人提出的治理全球的新理念、新方案。为此,笔者呼吁中国学者积极行动起来,创立新话语空间理论阐述中国的新型国际观。

By deploying ideas from cognitive linguistics and systemic functional linguistics, this paper shows ideational, interpersonal and textual metafunctions of personification in President Xi Jinping＇s speech at the General Debate of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly. The paper also reveals that it is not possible for theoretical frameworks such as Discourse Space Theory and Proximization proposed by Western scholars to explain the personified concept of ＂a community of shared future for mankind＂ which is a new principle and plan for global governance proposed by Chinese leaders. Finally, the paper suggests that Chinese scholars should develop a different discourse space theory to expound Chinese new global outlook.
