Simplified Calculation Method for Influence of Free-Overflow Reservoir on Flood Control Capability of Downstream

水库对下游防洪对象的防洪能力均存在不同程度的影响,一般通过调洪演算结合设计洪水成果计算,需要收集较多的资料,计算也较繁琐。针对中小流域的自由溢流水库与下游防治对象的关系,探索了在较少资料条件下,自由溢流水库对下游防洪能力影响的简化计算方法。经过将本方法与传统计算方法结果对比表明,该方法计算简便,方法可行,成果经验证正确,可用于中小流域的自由溢流水库对下游防洪能力的评价计算。

The flood control capacity of reservoirs has different effects on the flood control capacity of the downstream flood control ob- jects. Generally, the flood control calculation and the calculation of design flood results require more data and cumbersome calculation. Based on the relationship between the free overflow reservoirs and the downstream control targets, a simplified calculation method for the effect of free overflow reservoirs on the flood control capacity in the downstream reaches is explored. The comparison between this method and the traditional method shows that this method is simple and feasible, and the result is correct. It can be used to evaluate the flood control capacity of the free overflow reservoir in middle and small watershed.
