With the growing demand of environment-friendly products in the domestic and international society,how to achieve the target of efficiency and low-cost has become the key focus among the manufacturing enterprises. This paper is based on the life cycle management idea,provides an effective management mode of a green products environmental control system for manufacturing enterprises,and provides the specific implementation tools： green product management system（GPM） and chemical analysis laboratory. This management model and implementation tools,would be a good example for most manufacturing companies to achieve the target of high efficiency and low cost.
