我国煤炭物流发展存在的问题及解决对策

分析煤炭物流节点多、运输线路长、品种多物流量大的特点,指出煤炭物流在通道垄断、税费征收不统一、理念落后、高素质专业人才缺乏、铁路运力制约、物流信息化程度低、网络一体化水平低等问题,并从培养高素质专业人才、加大政策支持力度、加强基础设施建设、构建现代化的物流网络等方面提出解决方案。

The paper analyzed the many nodes,long transportation line,multi kinds and high logistics volume features of the coal logistics. The paper pointed out the channel monopoly,non-unified taxation,idea backward,lack of high quality professional personnel,railway transportation capacity restricted,low logistics information degree,low integrated level network and other problems of the coal logistics. Solutions were provided from the high quality professional personnel training,enhanced policy support intensity,enhanced infrastructure construction,modernized logistics network establishment and other aspects.
