分析了当前煤炭行业的现状,指出供给侧改革背景下煤炭企业资金链管理的研究意义,并从煤炭企业资金链管理存在的问题出发,具体论述在战略层面和具体操作层面煤炭企业实施资金链管理的措施,达到维护生产运营、提高资金使用效率以及促进改革升级的多重目的。

The paper analyzed the present status of the present coal industry and pointed out the study significances of the capital chain management in the coal enterprises under the background of the supply side reform. From a view of the problems existed in the capital chain management of the coal enterprises, the paper in detail stressed the measures of the coal enterprises to implement the capital chain management of the coal enterprises from the strategic level and the certain operation level in order to reach the multi targets to maintenance the production operation, to improve the capital utilized efficiency and to promote the reform upgrading.
