摘要
中医内科学见习主要包括搜集四诊资料和书写病历两大部分,前者是基础,问诊在四诊中尤为重要,而学生对于见习内容的掌握存在诸多问题。对此,将自编自演学生标准化病人(SSP)教学模式引入见习课程,结果发现,该举措不仅提高了学生问诊能力,加深了对病证的理解,提高了病历书写能力,激发了学生自主学习;而且促进良好的医患沟通,提升了团队意识,促进了学生全面发展,同时也极大提高了教师综合素质,具有较高的应用价值。
Clinical probation in internal medicine of TCM mainly includes collecting four diagnostic information and writing medical records, the former is the foundation, and interrogation is more important in the four methods of diagnosis, but there are many problems for the students to master the content. In this regard, the " self-composed and self-directed" student standardized patient ( SSP) teaching model into practice course found that the move not only to improve the students' inquiry ability, deepen the understanding of disease, improve medical record writing ability, stimulate the students' autonomous learning, promote good doctor- patient communication, enhance the consciousness of team, and promote the all-round development of students, but also greatly improve the overall quality of teachers, and has great application value.
