中医药治疗高血压临床疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Hypertension

目的中药内服治疗高血压有效性做出比较客观的评估。方法计算机检索中国知网(2010年1月—2016年1月)、万方数据资源系统(2010年1月—2016年1月)、Pub Med(2010年1月—2016年1月)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(2010年1月—2016年1月),纳入符合标准的随机对照试验(RCT),并采用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共7篇文献988例患者符合纳入标准,未发现双盲试验。根据Meta分析结果显示,中药与西药总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(OR=3.46,95%CI:2.36,5.08,P<0.01)。结论以本项Meta分析为基础,中药治疗高血压临床疗效较好,但受纳入文献质量限制,以上结论尚需要高质量的临床试验进一步证实。

Objective To make an impersonal evaluation on the effect of Chinese herbs for hypertension.Methods Retrieving from,CNKI（January 2010-January 2016）,Wanfang database（January 2010-January 2016）,Pub Med（January 2010-January2016）,CSJD（January 2010-January 2016） and related journals,literatures meeting inclusion criteria were collected.Metaanalysis was performed by Rev Man 5.2 software.Results 7 RCTs,including 988 patients,met the inclusion criteria.None of them was double-blinded trial.There was statistical difference（OR=3.46,95% CI：2.36,5.08,P0.01） in the total therapeutic effect between traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Conclusion The present meta-analysis suggested that traditional Chinese medicine is beneficial for hypertension.But limited by the quality of included studies,the above conclusions still need highquality clinical trials for further confirmation.
