Exploration on the Theory of Manifestation Root Cause and Medial Qi

探讨标本中气的内涵与从化关系及临床意义。以文献研究的方法,以经解经,追本溯源研究标本中气理论。标指三阴三阳,即厥阴、少阴、太阴,少阳、阳明、太阳;本是自然界风寒暑湿燥火六气现象;中气是天气,用三阴三阳表示,与标气相应,互为表里,标气与中气互为表里,互为制约,共同作用,体现动态天气阴阳变化规律,表现出风寒暑湿燥火六气之本的特征性天气变化。标本中气有其固定的从化关系,凡治病,必知天地标本之为害,明其顺逆,方可言诊。标本中气理论属于《内经》运气理论,具有重要的临床指导意义。

The relationship between the connotation,transformation in accord with constitution and clinical significance of manifesta-tion root cause and medial qi was explored.The method of documents index and collection and research was used to study the theory of manifestation root cause and medial qi.Manifestation refers to three yin and three yang,which means Jue yin,Shao yin,Tai yin,Shao yang,Yang ming and Tai yang.Root cause refers to wind,cold,hot,wet,dry and fire.Medial qi is heaven qi,which is ex-pressed by three yin and three yang,echoing manifestation qi.They restrict each other and act together,showing the rule of dynamic change of yin and yang,reflecting the characteristic feature of six qi.The manifestation root cause and medial qi has fixed transfor-mation relationship.Only when we know the harm of manifestation and root,understand the mechanism,can we diagnose diseases.The theory of manifestation root cause and medial qi which has important guiding significance belongs to the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in Neijing.
