摘要
目的通过多指标综合加权评分法优选人参五味子水提工艺,确定最佳提取工艺参数。方法采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以人参总皂苷、五味子醇甲含量及干膏量为指标,以加水量、水煎时间及水煎次数为考察因素,采用分光光度法测定总皂苷含量,HPLC法测定五味子醇甲含量。并以人参总皂苷、五味子醇甲得率和出膏率为指标,采用加权评分法进行综合评判。结果最佳工艺条件为8倍量水提取3次,每次2 h。结论该法简单、易行、重复性好,适用于工业化生产。
Objective To optimize water extraction technique for Panax ginseng and Schisandra Chinensis,and to confirm the optimum extraction process parameters by multi index comprehensive weighted score evaluation.Methods Orthogonal experiment method L9(34) was applied to investigate solvent consumption,extraction time and extraction times.The total ginseng saponins was determined by UV,and the Schisandrin were determined by HPLC.The toatal yield of Ginsenosides and Schisandrin,the extract rate as the index,the extraction was comprehensive evaluated by using the weighted scoring method.Results The optimum factors were 8 times of water,extracting for 2 h,for 3 times.Conclusion The optimized extraction process is simple,easy,with good reproducibility and suitable for industrial production.
