基于GIS的山洪灾害危险区图绘制技术探究

Discussions of GIS-based flood risk mapping technology for flash flood disasters

山洪灾害危险区图是山洪灾害调查评价的重要成果,是对防洪现状评价成果、危险区划分成果、预警指标分析成果的直接反映。目前尚未有专门针对山洪灾害危险区图的制图流程及绘制要求。结合河北省山洪灾害分析评价项目危险区图的绘制经验,以GIS软件为依托,提出山洪灾害危险区图的制图流程及绘图技术,为其他省、区、市绘制山洪灾害危险区图提供参考。

Flash flood disaster risk mapping in China is an important achievement in the investigation and evaluation of flash flood disaster. The maps of risk areas are direct reflection to the results of current capability of flash flood control, classification of hazard intensity and the analysis results of early warning indicators. However, it hasn＇t yet been specifically mapping technical requirements and mapping process for the maps of risk areas. This paper combines the experience of the drawing of the risk area mapping in the analysis and evaluation of flash flood disaster in Hebei province, Using GIS tool, the drawing process and the technology of the flash flood disaster risk area are put forward. The study results provide reference to related subjects.
