摘要
洪水风险图是直观反映防洪区洪水风险特征或洪水风险管理信息的专题地图,全国范围内的洪水风险图编制工作于2013年全面开展。对辽宁省洪水风险图编制过程中的管理经验和技术经验进行深入探讨,在洪水量级选择、溃口参数设定、避洪转移分析等关键环节提出了具体的解决方法,为全省洪水风险图编制提供技术依据,同时可供其他地区参考。
The flood risk mapping has been developed nationwide since 2013. It could directly identify the characteristic of flood prevention areas and management information. In this paper, the experiences on flood risk mapping procedures and technology management in Liaoning Province are discussed in detail. The specific solutions for key parts are introduced, including flood magnitude choice, determined parameters of breach, and flood transfer analysis. This study provides technical support to ongoing flood risk mapping in Liaoning Province and has reference value for developing flood risk management strategies.
