本科生导师制在中医临床教学中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察本科生导师制在中医临床教学中的效果。方法将60名中医学专业五年制本科毕业实习生按随机法平均分为A、B两组,A组为引入导师制的实验组;B组为不引入导师制的对照组。A组:在常规毕业实习的基础上,由选定的导师定期指导,每周导师指导学生至少1次,每次4课时。B组:进行常规的毕业实习,无专职导师指导。结果实习结束后,A组的平均总分为84.29分,B组的平均总分为74.06分,A组成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本科生导师制在中医临床教学中应用效果较好,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of undergraduate tutorial system in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 60 five-year system undergraduate students of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A was the experimental group which was introduced into the tutorial system, Group B was the control group which was not introduced into the tutorial system. Group A: on the basis of the conventional graduation practice, the regular guidance by the selected instructors, instructors guide students at least 1 time a week, each time 4 hours. Group B: routine graduation practice, no full-time tutor guidance. Results After the internship, the average score of group A was 84.29, the average score of group B was 74.06, group A was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05) . Conclusion The application of undergraduate tutorial system in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine is better, and it is worthy of further popularization and application.
