中药临床药学服务模式的探讨

Discussion on the Service of Mode of Clinical Pharmacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨中药临床药学服务模式的探讨与分析。方法选取收治的住院患者81例来进行统计分析,根据是否予以中药临床药学服务模式分为对照组40例和观察组41例,对照组患者接受常规用药指导,观察组患者实施中药临床药学服务模式,观察两组患者的服务效果,进行临床对照性分析。结果观察组对各项中药相关知识不知晓率明显低于对照组,结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组各项治疗依从性指标评分均明显优于对照组,结果具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药临床药学服务模式应用价值高,值得在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the discussion and analysis of mode of clinical pharmacy service of Chinese medicine. Methods 81 cases of hospitalized patients in our hospital were selected to analyze. According to whether the Chinese medicine clinical phar- macy service mode, they were divided into control group of 40 cases and observation group of 41 cases. The control group received routine medication guide. The observation group received traditional Chinese medicine model of clinical pharmacy. Two groups were observed in clinical effect of service, and were analyzed. Results The traditional Chinese medicine knowledge knowing rate of the ob- servation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the results had significant difference （P 〈 0.05） . The treatment compliance index scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmacy service model has high applica- tion value, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
