通神复脑丸治疗脑梗死后轻度认知障碍疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Tongshen Funao Pills in the Treatment of Mild Cognitive Impairment after Cerebral Infarction

目的观察通神复脑丸治疗脑梗死后轻度认知障碍的临床疗效。方法将197例我院门诊治疗的脑梗死后轻度认知障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加服通神复脑丸(由本院制剂室负责制作),6 g/次,3次/日,温水送服,治疗3个月。治疗前后比较2组简易智能状态量表(MMSE)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)评分及巴氏指数(BI)评分。结果治疗组治疗前后MMSE评分、Mo CA评分及BI评分平均分值比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,治疗组MMSE评分、Mo CA评分及BI评分平均分值与对照组比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通神复脑丸对脑梗死后轻度认知障碍治疗有积极作用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Tongshen Funao pills in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction. Methods 197 patients with mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomized into treatment group and control group. Conventional medical therapy was given to the both groups, and the treatment group received additional treatment with Tongshen Funao pills which is made by the drug manufacturing room of our hospital. And the treatment group took this medicine three times a day and six grams at a time with warm water for three months. Then the scores of Mini Mental State Examination （MMSE） , Montreal Cognitive Assessment （MoCA） and Barthel Index （BI） of these two groups before and after treatment was compared. Results The average scores of MMSE, MoCA and BI of the treatment group before and after treatment had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . Three months after treatment, the average scores of MMSE, MoCA and BI of the treatment group and the control group had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Tongshen Funao pills has a positive effect on the treatment for mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction.
