中医辨证施护联合心理干预对艾滋病患者生存质量的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Nursing Combined with Psychological Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with AIDS

目的通过中医辨证施护联合心理干预对艾滋病患者进行治疗,探讨其对患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2011年10月—2015年12月前来我院就诊的处于稳定期的艾滋病患者50例,治疗方法主要采用中医辨证施护联合心理干预,治疗时间为3个月,随访3个月,于患者治疗前、治疗后、随访后分别进行艾滋病生存质量测量简表(WHOQOL-HIV-BREF)测评,对比治疗前后评分,探讨患者生存质量的变化。结果干预后患者的生存领域、心理领域、环境领域、精神领域、独立程度、社会关系,以及总生存质量评分,均较干预前有显著改善,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论院内外人文关怀护理可提高艾滋病患者的生存质量。

Objective Through traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing combined with psychological intervention on the quality of life of patients with AIDS, and to investigate its effect on the quality of life of patients. Methods From October 2011 to December 2015 in our hospital, 50 cases of AIDS patients in stable stage were treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing combined with psychological intervention. Treatment time was 3 months. Patients were followed-up for 3 months. Before and after treatment, after following-up, different AIDS quality of life scale （WHOQOL-HIV-BREF the evaluation and compari- son） score before and after treatment was compared, and the changes of patients＇ quality of life were investigated. Results The rela- tionship between survival and psychological fields, the field of environment, spiritual realm, level of independence, social intervention, and the total quality of life scores were significantly improved comparing with before intervention P 〈 0.05, and the difference was sta- tistically significant. Condusion Nursing care inside and outside the hospital can improve the quality of life of AIDS patients.
