慢性肾小球肾炎应用复方猪苓汤的治疗效果分析

Analysis on the Therapeutic Effect of Compound Zhuling Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的探析复方猪苓汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法选择2015年2月—2016年2月收治的88例慢性肾小球肾炎患者为研究对象,按照数字随机法将其分为2组,其中给予对照组常规治疗,而观察组在此基础上,再运用复方猪苓汤联合治疗,比较2组疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组的治疗有效率较高,组间对比差异明显(P<0.05);相比较对照组而言,观察组的不良反应发生率低,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);同时,2组的血肌酐、尿素氮以及24 h尿蛋白定量等对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予慢性肾小球肾炎患者复方猪苓汤治疗,具有疗效好、安全性高等优点,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound Zhuling decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 88 cases of chronic glomerulonephritis patients in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment, and the observation group received compound Zhuling decoction on the basis of the control group. The curative effect between the two groups was com- pared. Results Comparing with the control group, the cure rate of the observation group was higher, and the difference was significant between the groups （P〈0.05） . Comparing with the control group, the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05） . Aat the same time, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and two 24h urine protein of the two groups had difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Clinically, compound Zhuling decoction in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis has good curative effect and high security, and is worthy of promotion.
