中西医结合治疗痤疮

Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Acne

目的研究分析中西医结合治疗痤疮的疗效,为临床治疗痤疮提供更加有效的资料和措施。方法在2015年1月—2016年4月门诊收治的痤疮患者中选取78例作为研究对象,给予这些患者予维胺酯胶囊等西药,以及口服中药汤剂,同时结合复方中药外治、针刺疗法等中西医内外兼治疗法,对比分析其疗效,观察患者不良副作用出现。结果经4周治疗,78位患者中24例痊愈,痊愈率为30.77%(24/78);有49例患者显效,显效率为62.82%(49/78),有5例患者无效,总有效率为93.58%,大部分患者的症状消失或者明显缓解,面部炎症等改善明显,无不良副作用出现。结论中西医结合治疗痤疮可以明显减轻患者症状,减少抗生素使用量,有效减少不良反应的发生,临床效果显著,是今后临床治疗痤疮的发展趋势,值得在临床上予以运用推广。

Objective To study the analyze the curative effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of acne, and to pro- vide more effective information and measures for clinical treatment of ache. Methods In our hospital from January 2015 year to April 2016, 78 cases of patients with acne in outpatient were selected as the research objects. They were given viaminate capsule Western medicine, oral Chinese medicine medicinal decoction, at the same time combined with compound Chinese medicine external treat- ment, acupuncture and therapy of integrated medicine. The curative effect was observed and analyzed. The adverse side effects were observed. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, in 78 patients, 24 cases recovered, the recovery rate was 30.77% （24/78） , 49 cases were effective, the effective rate was 62.82% （49/78） , 5 cases has no effects, and the total effective rate was 93.58%. Most of the patients＇ symptoms disappeared or significantly alleviated, and facial inflammatory improved obviously, such as no adverse side ef- fects. Conclusion The integrated medicine in the treatment of ache can obviously relieve symptoms, reduce the antibiotic usage, ef- fectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and clinical effect is remarkable. It is the future development trends in the clini- cal treatment of acne, and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
