中国穴位埋线疗法系列讲座(四十六) 杨氏3A+疗法掌五针埋线针刀治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床观察

Series Primary Lecture about Aeupoint Embedding Thread Therapy(ⅩⅩⅩⅩⅥ)Clinical Observation on Yang's 3A+ Therapy at Zhangwuzhen and Embedding Thread Acupotomy in the Treatment of Stenosing Tendinitis

目的观察杨氏3A+特色疗法"掌五针"为主治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎临床疗效。方法 108例狭窄性腱鞘炎患者采用电脑生成随机数法随机分为治疗组54例和对照组54例,其中治疗组采用杨氏3A+疗法"掌五针"治疗,对照组采用传统的针刺配合微波照射治疗,1个疗程后观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组治愈36例,显效14例,好转4例,总有效率高达100.0%,对照组治愈12例,显效24例,好转12例,总有效率88.9%;2组总有效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杨氏3A+疗法"掌五针"治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎效果明显优于传统针刺配合微波照射治疗,值得临床借鉴和推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂zhangwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy in the treatment of stenosing tendinitis. Methods 106 cases of patients with stenosing tendinitis were randomly divided into treatment group of 54 cases and control group of 54 cases. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Yang＇s 3A＋ therapy at ＂zhangwuzhen＂. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture combined with microwave irradiation therapy. The clinical effect after 1 course was observed. Results 36 cases were cured, 14 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were improved, and the total effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group. 12 cases were cured, 24 cases markedly effective, 12 cases were improved, and the total effective was 88.9% in control group. The total effective of two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinic effect of Yang＇s 3A ＋ therapy at ＂zhangwuzhen＂ in the treatment of stenosing tendinitis is obviously superior to the traditional acupuncture combined with microwave irradiation therapy, and it is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
