捏脊疗法配合康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫34例

Chiropractic Therapy Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Cerebral Palsy in Children for 34 Cases

目的探究捏脊疗法配合康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效。方法收集儿科收治的小儿脑瘫患儿68例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各34例。对照组进行康复训练治疗;试验组在对照组的基础上予以捏脊疗法。2组患者每周均治疗6次,20次为1个疗程,共治疗3疗程。结果治疗后与对照组总有效率70.59%相比,试验组临床总有效率为91.18%(P<0.05)。结论捏脊疗法配合康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效显著,能够改善患儿运动功能。

Objective To explore the effect of chiropractic therapy combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children. Methods 68 cases of children with cerebral palsy in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rehabilitation training. The experimental group re- ceived chiropractic therapy on the basis of the control group. 2 groups of patients were treated 6 times a week, 20 times for 1 course of treatment, a total of 3 courses of treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experiment group （91.18%） was higher than that of the control group （70.59%） （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Chiropractic therapy combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children is effective, and it can improve the motor function.
