骨转移癌最主要症状是顽固性疼痛,并可进行性加重,严重影响患者的生存质量,中医治疗骨转移性癌痛包括内治法及外治法。其中内治法为中药内服,主要起到化痰散结、温阳通络、活血化瘀、补肾填髓等功效;而外治法则包括中药外敷、膏剂外敷、针灸、点穴、中药注射及超声电导药物透射等。中医治疗本病具有止痛效果明确、价格低廉、方法多样等优势。

The internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine mainly refers to the internal application of Chinese medicinal for- mulae which functions can be classified for reducing phelgm and resolving masses, warming yang and dredging collaterals, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, filling the kidney and the marrow, and so on. Whereas the external treatment includes the external application of Chinese medicine, the external application of plaster, acupuncture, digital-acupoint pressing, Chinese medicine injection and ultrasound conductance drug transmission. With clear analgesic effects, the TCM treatment method has many advantages included low price, variety of methods and other advantages.
