中医药治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变研究进展综述

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Disease

糖尿病下肢血管病变是临床常见的糖尿病并发症。不仅危害了人们的健康,还给患者及其家属带来沉重的经济负担。本报告根据目前中医治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床现状,总结了糖尿病下肢血管病变中应用中医药治疗的研究进展。并从糖尿病下肢血管病变的原因、中医治疗的现状两个方面进行阐述,旨在不断为临床中医药治疗提供坚实、科学的理论基础,推动医疗水平的不断提高。

The diabetic lower extremity vascular disease is a common complication of diabetes mellitus. It not only endangered peo- ple＇s health, and brought heavy＇ economic burden to patients and their families. According to the clinical status of TCM treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease at present, this report summarized the research progress in the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease. The causes of diabetic lower extremity vascular le- sions and traditional Chinese medicine treatment situation were clarified to to provide a solid and scientific theoretical basis for clin- ical Chinese medicine treatment, and to promote the continuous improvement of medical level.
