基于中医临床思维能力培养的中医内科学教学方法研究

Study on the Teaching Method of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on the Cultivation of Clinical Thinking Ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine

针对当前医学生普遍存在中医临床思维能力不足的问题,结合"整体观念"和"辨证论治"的中医学特点,开展中医内科学教学方法研究。首先,通过中医临床思维能力的要素分析构建模块化的知识体系。然后,基于病案教学方法,构建学习共同体,实现中医临床思维能力的自我建构。最后,以临床医学院为依托,建立临床见习与病案讨论相结合的临床教学方法,实现临床思维能力的强化培养。

In view of generally lack of clinical thinking ability of TCM of medical students, combined with ＂ holistic viewpoint＂ and ＂ treatment based on syndrome differentiation＂ of the characteristics of TCM, teaching methods of internal medicine of TCM to promote the students＇ TCM clinical thinking abilities were studied. Firstly, we constructed modular knowledge system by analyzing the elements of TCM clinical thinking ability. Secondly, we constructed learning community based on case teaching method to realize self-construction of TCM clinical thinking ability. Finally, based on school of clinical medicine, clinical probation with medical record discussion method was used to promote the students＇ TCM clinical thinking abilities.
