中医内科学双语教学改革探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨"双语教学"对中医本科生中医内科学教学的效果。方法以河南中医药大学中西医结合本科2013级1班80人为研究组,中西医结合本科2013级2班78人为对照组。通过问卷调查,了解学生对"双语教学"的教学评价意见、态度和反映。并通过两组中医内科学成绩对比对两种教学方法的教学效果进行比较。结果问卷调查分析,学生对"双语教学"感兴趣者占98%,认为有必要者占97%。研究组中医内科学总成绩平均分明显高于对照组,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 "双语教学"有助于提高学生解决问题的能力和自学技能等,是一种行之有效的教学方法。 Objective To explore the effect of " bilingual teaching" to the undergraduate of traditional Chinese medicine in internal medicine of TCM. Methods 80 undergraduate s from class 1 of grade 2013 of integtated traditional Chinese and western medicine in I-lenan university of traditional Chinese medicine were the study group. 78 undergraduate s from class 2 of grade 2013 of integtated traditional Chinese and western medicine in Henan university of traditional Chinese medicine were the control group. Through the questionnaire survey, teaching evaluation opinions, attitudes and reflection were surveyed. And through the performance comparison of two groups, the teaching effect of two kinds of teaching methods was compared. Results The questionnaire survey analysis showed that students interested in " bilingual teaching" accounted for 98%, ones thought it is necessary account for 97%. The overall score of the study group is significantly higher than that of the control group, and there was significant difference (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion The " bilingual teaching" is helpful to improve students' problem-solving ability and self-study ability, etc., and is a kind of effective teaching method.
