抗萎平异方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎30例

Kangwei Pingyi Pills in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis for 30 Cases

目的验证名老中医唐江山抗萎平异方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选择临床资料完整的病例60例,随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例,治疗组以抗萎平异方为基础方辨证加减治疗,对照组以胃复春治疗,疗程均为3个月,比较疗效。结果治疗组临床症状总有效率为93.3%,病理总有效率76.7%;对照组临床症状总有效率为73.3%,病理总有效率为46.7%;两组HP阳性率均下降且组内和组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗萎平异方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较好的临床疗效,对于改善临床症状,减轻或逆转胃黏膜腺体萎缩、肠化、异型增生及清除HP均有一定的作用,值得进一步研究。

Objective To verify the clinical effect of famous veteran doctor of TCM Tang Jiangshan in the treatment of chronic atroph- ic gastritis with Kangwei Pingyi pills. Methods 60 cases of patients with complete record of clinical data were randomly divided into the treatment group of 30 patients and the control group of 30 patients. The treatment group was treated with Kangwei Pingyi pills combined with syndrome differentiation therapy. The control group was treated with Weifuchun pills. The effect of the treatment group and the control group was compared after research course for 3 months. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% （clinical symptoms） and 76.7% （pathology） . The total effective rate of the control group was 73.3% （clinical symptoms） and 46.7% （pathology） . The HP positive rate was declined in two groups, and the difference of the effect between groups and with- in the group was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） . Conclusion Kangwei Pingyi pill in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has good clinical effect. It can improve clinical symptoms, reduce or reverse gastric glandular atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia, and clear HP. It is worthy of further study.
