中国穴位埋线疗法系列讲座(四十七) 杨氏3H+疗法“压五针”穴位埋线治疗原发性高血压临床观察

Series Primary Lecture about Acupoint Embedding Thread Therapy(ⅩLⅦ)Clinical Observation on Yang's 3H+ Therapy at "Yawwuzhen" and Embedding Thread Acupotomy in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension

目的观察杨氏3H+疗法"压五针"治疗原发性高血压Ⅰ、Ⅱ级的临床疗效。方法将84例原发性高血压Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各42例,其中治疗组采用杨氏3H+疗法"压五针"治疗,对照组采用口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,4个疗程后观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率83.37%,而对照组总有效率为81.95%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论杨氏3H+疗法"压五针"治疗原发性高血压能够有效患者临床症状,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yang＇s 3H＋ therapy at＂ yawwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy in the treatment of I and Ⅱ primary hypertension. Methods 84 cases of patients with I and Ⅱ primary hipertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Yang＇s 3H＋ therapy at ＂ yawuzhen＂ , while the patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine therapy. The clinical effect after 4 courses was observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 83.37% and 81.95%, respectively, and the total effective rate between the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05） . Conclusion The Yang＇s 3H＋ therapy at＂ yawwuzhen＂ and embedding thread acupotomy in the treatment of primary hypertension can effectively improve clinical symptom, has definite effect, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
